This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry amends the Decree on trade in seed for grassland and fodder crops in article 1 which specifies the plant species to which the principal Decree applies and in Schedules that set out quality requirements for seed stocks and seed (basic seeds and certified seeds) and concern quality guarantees a producer must provide.
