The Decree concerns financial support of the European Communities in the framework of PESCA. The competent authority for the payment of such grants is the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. Decisions on applications shall be prepared by the Rural Activities District Offices (art. 2). Article 3 adds a condition respecting the professional experience and capacity for the granting of support to those established in the PESCA programme.
