The Act aims to prevent and reduce harm which medical treatment of animals may cause to human beings, to animals and the environment. This Decree implements the Act as far as bookkeeping to be carried out by producers, traders and retailers of animal drugs. Quantities of various kinds of hormones and steroids and other kinds of drugs shall be registered. (5 articles)
