Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry relative to bycatch of cod by vessels sailing under the Finnish flag (No. 440 of 1998).

Vessels flying the Finnish Flag shall keep on board or land no more than 200 kilogrammes of cod as bycatch pursuant to article 16 of the Council Decision No. 45/98 which introduces a the fish protection period. (1 section)
