This Decree places restrictions on fishing for salmon and sea-trout and other fishing in freshwater, brackish water, and sea areas. Article 3 formulates restrictions for fishing in all areas. Article 4 concerns only fishing in marine areas, whereas article 5 contains rules for fishing in the Torne river.
