The quota assigned to Finland in the Baltic (ICES-areas 22-32) for vessels flying the Finnish flag and registered in Finland is exhausted. For this reason it is prohibited after the date of entry into force of the present Decree to have on board or to tranship on board of Finnish vessels of sprat caught in the areas mentioned or to land sprat caught in the areas mentioned by Finnish vessels.
