The scope of this Decree is to prevent the spreading of diseases VHS affecting salmonids and IPN affecting fish of marine waters and freshwater. Also infectious salmon anaemia is covered by this Decree. It regulates transportation from sea and coastal areas to inland areas of fish, spawn and roe. Restricted areas for the various diseases are established and restrictions on transportation of fish, spawn and roe introduced for each area. (15 sections)
