This Decree provides for the inspection procedures relating to the contained use of and the deliberate release into the environment of genetically modified organisms as required by the Gene Technology Act. It sets out the form and content of inspection visits and written reports. The Decree also concerns collaboration by inspectors and updating of the gene technology register.
