The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the establishment and composition of a Nature Protection Advisory Boards in the Free State of Saxony. The text - consisting of 7 articles – deals with the following matters: composition of boards, duration of nomination, decision-making, conduct of management, participation, compensation of costs, transitional provisions and entry into force.
