This Regulation refers to Council Directive 82/711/EC and Commission Directives Nos. 93/8/EC and 97/48/EC. The specific migration of constituents of plastic materials intended to come into contact with food shall not be in excess of maxim levels indicated by Regulation 1071 of 1996 of the Ministry of Trade and Industry. The Schedule contains basic rules for testing of total and specific migration.
