This Decree contains rules relative to substances foreign to foodstuffs that are added in order to aid certain processes within those foodstuffs, such as solvents. The requirements here set out concern use of such subtances, its properties, and labelling. The Ministry may restrict or prohibit the sale of certain solvents.
