Decree No. 01/19-19 of the State Committee on Management of Public Property validating National valuation standard.

This Decree establishes basic principles for valuation of property land valuation and subsoil valuation. Land valuation shall be carried out either as regards vacant land or cultivated land. In the process of valuation shall be taken into consideration property (ownership) rights and productivity criteria.
