This Decree is enacted to implement the third point of Decree No. 0911320321 of March 29, 2002: "When applying for a new fishery license for fishing vessels with stick-held dip netting operating concurrently in saury sanma fishery, fishing vessels shall install stick-held dip netting gear with normal operation. " The Fisheries Department of the the Council of Agriculture shall send personnel to inspect fishing gears for stick-held dip netting.
