Decree No. 1 of the Ministry of Public Health validating the Regulation on terms and conditions of performance of state sanitary and hygienic expertise.

This Decree validates the Regulation on terms and conditions of performance of state sanitary and hygienic expertise. Objects of state sanitary and hygienic expertise shall be alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs. Expertise shall include: (a) submittal and acceptance of application; and (b) examination of submitted documentation.
