The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development for the promotion of duties related to animal protection establishes with this Decree the Advisory Body of Animal Protection. The members of the Body are civil servants appointed by the Minister. The Advisory Body elects a Scientific Ethical Council of Animal Experiments among its members. The duty of the Advisory Body is to promote animal protection. The Council makes his opinion regarding the requests of authorization of animal tests.
