These Regulations aim to strengthen the safety supervision and management of the combine harvesters and drivers, ensure the safety of the people's life and property, and promote the development of agricultural production. The Regulations consist of 41 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General provisions (I); Administration of the (II); Administration of the combine harvesters' drivers (III); Operation safety(IV); Penalties (V); Supplementary provisions (VI).
