Decree No 101 of the cabinet of Ministers amending Decree No. 41 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on supply and use of thermal energy.

Item 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Consumer of thermal energy shall be intended natural or legal person purchasing from energy supplying enterprise thermal energy and consuming it for proper needs of uses it for electric energy supply or for other types of entrepreneurial activities”.
