This Decree establishes the modalities of calculation and application of value added tax (VAT) to internal commercial transactions with timber. It also regulates mutual payments between supplier and customer of timber and contains the form of registration recipe of transactions with timber. This Decree establishes the modalities of calculation of the volume of timber (measurement, assessment, timber extraction). Commercial transactions related to timber shall be performed as cashless settlements
