This Decree is composed of 3 articles and 7 Annexes. The standardization No. 23/1999 for labna and No. 35/1999 for the cream in gelatine are to be adopted as a Lebanese standardization and Metrology (art. 1). The following laboratories are accredited for the control, test and analysis on the labna and cream in gelatine: Industrial Research Institute, Department of the Public Health Laboratories and the Department of the Agricultural Scientific Research (art. 2).
