This Decree establishes the modalities of acknowledgement and registration of food processing enterprises. Food processing enterprises can be acknowledged, registered and certified by authorized inspection and certification bodies in the sphere of circulation of foodstuffs and state supervisory and control bodies. The acknowledged food processing enterprises shall be inserted in the public Register of enterprises.
