This Decree of the Ministry of Environment regulates the transportation and the importation of organisms covered by section 10 of the Act relative to the production and use of genetically modified organisms. Section 3 gives a definition of genetically modified organisms. Chapter I contains general provisions. Chapter II contains principal rule for importation and transport.
