Decree No. 1131 of 2003 relative to the duty to supply fish for vessels with a cod trawl licence.

The aim of this Decree is to safeguard a stable and secure supply of raw fish to fish processing plants by cod trawl vessels. The duty applies to vessels as defined in article 2. The fish shall be landed in accordance with article, which prescribes the place of landing, and article 4 which prescribes the minimum percentage of fish caught that shall be supplied to the fish processing plants. Article 6 concerns the establishment of the price of fish delivered.
