The aim of this Decree is to ensure that certain specified dry milk and dry milk substitutes imported from the Ukraine will not create a health hazard in Norway for men and animals. The milk products shall be tested on specified chemical substances. Products that do not contain the specified substances may be imported into Norway and the EEA.
