This Decree establishes the modalities of compensation of losses caused by destruction or damaging protected and endangered wild flora species and habitats. State Environmental Inspection, its regional branches, administration of protected areas and State Forest Service shall be competent institutions authorized to perform supervisory functions in the aforesaid sphere. Revenues from compensation shall be accredited to the Latvian Environmental Protection Fund. The amount of compensation shall be
