Decree No. 1177 of 1992 extending the application sphere of the Act relative to salmons and freshwater fish.

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment prescribes that sections 7, 8, 10, and 34 shall now apply also to all freshwater organisms other than anadromous salmons, freshwater fish and crayfish. The Directorate of Nature Conservation may issue rules relative to catch and protection of such freshwater organisms.
