It shall be prohibited to fish in areas of the Norwegian Economic Zone, the coordinates of which are specified in article 2. This prohibition applies to fishing by Norwegian and foreign fishing vessels. The prohibition does not apply to fishing with purse seines and pelagic trawls for herring, sprat, mackerel, horse mackerel and all fishing for small sandeels. Vessels that carry out fishing described above shall have only one type of gear on board. Vessels passing through the areas where fisheri
