This Decree creates the Regional Protected Area of 'Serra de Montejunto', which purpose is the protection and valorisation of natural resources of this area according to its sustainable development. It consists of 22 articles and 2 annexes establishing the requirements to be satisfied for the protection of this area, in particular for its natural landscape, which management and control shall be carried out by competent authority (composition and competencies are specified in the text). Annexes l
