This Decree lays down detailed provisions concerning the labeling of beef required under Regulation (EC) No 1760/2000 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Regulation (EC) No 1825/2000, provides for the related official control and self-supervision as well as the approval of the labeling systems. Section 2 defines the relationship with other national legislation. Section 3 defines "beef". Public control shall be carried out by the National Food Agency, State Provincial Off
