This Decree specifies criteria for participation in coastal vessel groups for purse seine vessels with a length between 13 and 21,35 meters (Chap. I) and purse seine vessels under 13 meters of length (Chap. II). Chapter III outlines general conditions for participation with fishing nets or line.
