Free fishing pursuant to section 18 of the Act relative to salmons and freshwater fish shall not apply for artificial fishing dams on land. If fishing by children causes substantial damage to fish farming or fishing by licence holders, then the county official on request may restrict such fishing in specified areas. (3 sections)
