Decree No. 123 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on Latvian National Council on Accreditation.

This Decree establishes that Latvian National Council on Accreditation shall be consultative body for accreditation of certification and inspection of testing laboratories. The Council shall perform the following functions: (a) participation in state policy-making related to certification; and (b) participation in elaboration and evaluation of policy-making documentation related to accreditation.
