Decree No. 1239 of 2003 relative to animal health requirements for the placing on the market and importation of aquaculture animals and aquaculture products.

This Decree makes provision in general for the control of animal health requirements in relation with the production, transportation, processing, placing on the market and the importation of third countries of aquaculture products including live fish for hatching purposes.
