Decree No. 127 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on additional measures for improvement of import of consumer commodities.

This Decree establishes that commodities packed in packages destined for retail trade shall be subject to mandatory labelling in official language. Trade of imported consumer commodities without labels in official language shall be prohibited. Label in official language shall contain the following information: (a) consumer qualities and specific characteristics; (b) production date; (c) guarantee and warranty; (d) expiry date; (e) producer address; and (f) storage conditions.
