Decree No. 128 of 2000 relative to Environment Permit Authorities.

This Decree based on section 3 of the Act relative to Environment Permit Authorities, creates in Finland three offices for the granting of environment permits (as defined in the Act) in specified geographic areas: east Finland, West Finland, and North Finland. The place of residence of these offices is also specified: Helsinki for West Finland, Kuopio for East Finland and Uleaborg for North Finland.
