Decree No. 12841 of 1998 regulating marine fishing harbours.

This Decree defines the harbours used for fishing and establishes the rules for using them by fishing vessels. The administrative control of the harbours will be entrusted to the Head of the harbour. Transgressors of this Decree will be punished by Resolution No. 144/S of 10/6/1925 and Law No. 11/66 of 14/2/1966 and its amendments.
