This Decree provides rules for the marking of tame reindeers with a registered property mark in accordance with provisions of the Reindeer Farming Act, defines the right to possess a registered property mark and provides for the registration of property marks. The Decree also provides rules for the sale of unmarked reindeer and identification of owners of slaughtered reindeer.
