Decree No. 1306 of 2000 to amend the Decree relative to navigation instruments and bridge arrangements on hunting and fishing vessels

An amendment is made with respect to the application of provisions of the Decree to existing vessels and new vessels with a length over 15 metres: sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23 and 24 do not apply anymore to these kind of vessels now covered by Decree No. 660 of 2000. Consequential amendments are made to section 22. Section 22 concerns signalling equipment.
