This Decree applies to fishing by vessels of flying the flag of the Faeroe Islands, including support and research vessels, within a zone from 4 to 200 nautical miles calculated from the baseline of Jan Mayen or the Norwegian EEZ. Specific provisions are given for fishing in the EEZ north and south of 62 ° N and the fisheries zone of Jan Mayen. Articles 2, 3, 4 and 12 establish total allowable catch quotas for arctic cod and haddock, coalfish, mackerell and, as bycatch, other fish species. Infri
