This Decree establishes sanitary rules and regulations “Requirements for maximum allowable and regulated production and indoor vibration” regulating noise pollution levels during production processes and indoor noise pollution for administrative and public edifices, including public transport means. It classifies noise and vibration and sets forth calculation formula for vibration and noise pollution levels.
