This Decree amends Ministerial Decree concerning the hygiene requirements of packages, containers and tools destined to come into contact with food or substances for personal use by replacing the text in article 37, which concerns the characteristics to be fulfilled by stainless steel. Section 6 of Annex II is updated as well.
