This Decree aims at preventing the transmitting of infectious diseases from harmful animals to men and which thus may endanger public health. The Decree is divided into 5 Chapters: Introductory provisions (I); Duties in relation to harmful animals (II); carrying out of measures to fight harmful animals (III); Approved persons to fight harmful animals (IV); administrative provisions (V).
