This Decree establishes the modalities of fisheries and catch of fishing and other resources in the EEZ of Ukraine by the foreign natural and legal persons. It shall be applicable to the following live aquatic resources populating in the EEZ: (a) marine fishes at all stages of growth; (b) marine mammals; (c) marine invertebrates, including molluscs and crustaceans; and (d) eel grass.
