This Decree outlines criteria relative to hunters, hunting gear, killing of animals, prohibits certain hunting methods and hunting for certain categories of seals. Persons participating in hunting for seals shall have attended in a course and pass an exam organized by the Fisheries Director (sect. 3). Section 4 specifies criteria regarding weapons and ammunition, whereas section 4 regulates the use of hooks. Section 6 prohibits the hunting of seals other than Greenland seal and hooded seal, and
