The Decree prohibits in general the fishing for plaice in marine areas comprising the Skagerrak and the area which in the west is limited by a straight line from Lindesnes to Hanstholmen and in the south by a straight line between the Skagen buoy and the Tistlarna buoy in the area 4 nautical miles away from the Swedish and the Danish baselines.
