This Decree, composed by 11 Chapters, regulates the functioning and exploitation of ports under the jurisdiction of Cape Verde. It establishes requirements to be fulfilled in Capeverdian ports, such as: national vessel's classification, vessel's register and classification requirements, navigation safety, anchoring, taxes, contraventions, authorized vessel's activities, etc.
