The text of this Decree is divided into 6 Chapters: General prohibition and quotas (I); Fishing in purse seine groups (II); Fishing in trawl groups (III); Fishing in coastal vessel groups (IV); General provisions (V); Offences and entry into force (VI). This Decree prohibits in principle fishing for and landing of mackerel by Norwegian vessels.
