The purpose of this Decree is to collect charges and levies in order to cover the costs arising from control services pursuant to the Act relative to quality control of fish and fish products. Charges shall be paid at landing of fish or on production of fish. Fees shall also be paid for health certificates to be released by the Directorate of Fisheries pursuant to Decree no. 667 of 1996, Decree No. 416 of 1999, or Decree No. 364 of 1999. (10 sections)
