This Decree of the Department of Agriculture shall secure that there shall be each year reliable data on the number of reindeer present in each of the reindeer pasture districts or in tame reindeer enterprises. These numbers serve to support an appropriate economic policy regarding reindeers. Owners of reindeers shall control the number of reindeer owned and assist the Reindeer District Chief in doing so. Section 3 sets out rules regarding the counting of reindeer. (6 sections)
