This Decree establishes the rules for application of particular restrictions and prohibition of trade of hazardous chemical substances and hazardous chemical products. Hazardous substances listed in the Annexes 1 and 2, and also commodities and products containing them, shall be prohibited for import, circulation and trade on the national territory.
