This Decree sets forth formal and substantive requirements for applications for registration of trademarks and other documents subject to submission to Patent Office and procedure for filing such documents. Application documents for registration of trade mark shall set out: (a) an application for the registration of a trade mark; (b) an authorisation document or reference to an authorisation document submitted earlier if the applicant has a representative; (c) documents in proof of Convention pr
